What the score means

A useful critique, grounded in the photos.

The audit is designed to make the next improvement obvious. It does not claim to know your booking data, and it will not invent rooms or amenities it cannot see.

01

Coverage

Can a guest or buyer understand the whole property?

02

Quality

Are lighting, colour, perspective, and composition helping?

03

Trust

Do the images feel consistent, clear, and believable?

04

Impact

Does the gallery lead with the strongest reasons to choose the space?

Common questions

Before you run the audit.

What does the listing audit check?

It checks the photos it can access for lighting, resolution, sharpness, compression, composition, colour consistency, distractions, room context, practical coverage, staging, furniture, sense of life, watermarks, gallery sequencing, trust, and likely listing impact.

Can it audit Airbnb and Rightmove listings?

Yes. Paste the listing URL into the web audit or use the free Chrome extension while the listing is open. If a platform blocks the pasted URL, the extension can read the gallery from the page you are viewing.

Can it audit a Zoopla listing?

Yes. If Zoopla blocks the direct request, use the free Zoopla gallery importer shown by the audit. Save it to your bookmarks bar, open and scroll through the listing gallery, then click the bookmark to send the visible gallery to Instant Photoshoot.

Does Instant Photoshoot store my photos?

No. Uploaded images are processed for the audit response and are not added to your account or retained as a property library.

Is the score a guarantee of more bookings?

No. It is a practical assessment of the visible gallery, not a prediction or guarantee. Price, reviews, location, availability, and the written listing also affect performance.
